  • Founder Bill Mitchell has dedicated the past 20 years to expanding his knowledge of merchant practices from small to large and across multiple key industries. He sits on the Verifone Advisory Board and is one of the only beta-testers for First Data, working to bridge the gap between vendors and merchants. Bill believes in mutually beneficial business partnerships that are founded upon transparent and clear communications.

  • April knows the retail industry from both sides of the cash register, as well as the challenges that come with training staff that is able to handle delicate financial transactions while providing excellent customer service. April is the queen of making things happen; as our senior advisor she believes that by staying on the side of her clients, any obstacle in the way of their goals can ultimately be overcome.

  • Ashley is a customer service veteran who joined Merchant Concepts from the credit card processing industry and was surprised to notice that our phones rarely rang. She was quick to embrace the culture of proactive client development that focuses on ongoing training, monitoring, and assessment of changing business needs. Ashley is a Portland native, and is proud to be working with the best merchants in town.
